Feed the Hood — Action Planning Session

This isn’t a meeting. It’s a work session.

We’re coming together to get real results—not just have conversations. This is a hands-on session focused on making sure families in our community have food on the table.

We will be actively building, organizing, and executing in real time.

What We’ll Accomplish Together

✅ Assign outreach goals and ownership for follow-ups
✅ Create and publish live social media content
✅ Conduct real-time call and text outreach to secure donations and volunteers

Who Should Be in the Room

• Neighbors 

• Faith leaders and clergy

• Greek-letter organizations

• Nonprofits and community-based organizations

• School leaders, PTO members, and youth advocates

• Anyone ready to contribute and take action

What to Bring

📋 A list of at least 25 people you can contact
📱 Readiness to make calls and send texts during the session
💡 Any leads for donations—food, funding, or in-kind support

The Goal

By the end of this session, we will have built the team, secured resources, and set the plan in motion to provide food for families.
