🚨 Your Voice Is Needed at the July ANC 8C Meeting 🚨
This month, we will be discussing several important issues that directly affect our community. Representatives from DDOT will be present to discuss the removal of parking spaces and answer questions from residents. We will also hear presentations on zoning requests affecting Ward 8, community grant opportunities, updates from the Soul of the City Business Improvement District, and public safety updates from the Metropolitan Police Department.
Before the meeting, please do these three things:
1️⃣ Read the agenda and identify the topics that matter most to you and your family.
2️⃣ Prepare at least one question you would like answered by DDOT, MPD, or another agency.
3️⃣ Invite a neighbor, family member, or friend to attend with you. Strong communities are built when residents participate together.
These decisions can impact our neighborhoods, businesses, transportation, public safety, and quality of life. Your attendance and input help ensure that community voices are heard before decisions are made.
